The initial stage activates the site with an expansive landscaped public garden, complete with paved pathways, lawn areas, and a dedicated play space. The final stage seamlessly incorporates a vibrant street-front café tenancy with alfresco seating beneath a prominent feature entrance awning. Above the podium, dedicated recreation decks feature resort-style swimming pools, shaded outdoor dining, fitness centres, and a boutique rooftop lounge bar that commands panoramic views of Darwin Harbour.
